Payment & Frequency: Your subscription recurs every quarter, with shipments in May, August, November, and February. We’ll charge your nominated payment method 14 days before each of these shipping months.
Payment Issues: If a payment fails and isn’t resolved at least 5 days before shipment, that month’s shipment may be skipped. We’ll notify you in such cases.
Subscription Management: You can update your payment details anytime in your member area. For cancellations, just email us directly, and we’ll assist.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel, we ask for 14 days’ notice before the next shipment. This helps us manage stock and avoid excess.
Shipping & Packaging: Orders go via GoSweetSpot. Packaging is made from recycled plastic bottles and can be recycled. Labels are standard paper.
We ship on the first Monday of these months: May, August, November, and February.
